CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT 
TECHNICAN PROGRAM 


Our graduates are eligible to write national certification exams and become either a Registered medical assistant or a Certified medical assistant and will be able to secure employment positions in Clinics, Doctor's offices, Hospitals, Laboratory, Pharmacy stores and Pharmaceutical companies This comprehensive program has a guaranteed Internship position for all our graduates, they will have marketable skills in Phlebotomy, Electrocardiography (EKG), Pharmacy Technician, Patient Clinical Procedures, Medical Receptionist Responsibilities, and Medical Assisting.

 

Physicians are responding to the increasingly complex nature of today’s medical care by employing an increasing number of allied health professionals of which the medical assistants make the major category. 
Upon completion of this course, participants would acquire the knowledge and skills of:

• Reception/ Oral and Written communication 
• Office equipment/ Records management 
• Collecting fees/ Health insurance 
• Basic Medical Terminology 
• Human anatomy and physiology 
• Medical Administration 
• Clinical Lab/Procedure 
• Medical Billing & Coding 
• Physical Examination 
• Phlebotomy and EKG 
• Pharmacy 
• 125 hours Externship at an affiliate medical office
