Health Care Training Program Requirements

ADMISSIONS

Applicants seeking admissions must possess a high school diploma or General Education Certificate (G.E.D.) or they have to pass the TABE Test (which is A 9th grade reading and writing Test). The applicant will be interviewed by an admissions representative and then will be given a tour of the school.

All applicants must have a Photo ID or passport. All applicants must be 17 years of age on the first day of class or have parental consent.

Requirements for the following programs is: a completed application and an ID Card.

Medical Assistant Technician
Combo EKG/Phlebotomy
Medical Billing Specialist (electronic & ICD-10)
Massage Therapy
Patient Care Technician
Certified Home Health Aide
Certified Nursing Assistant.

Requirements for the following programs is:
a Completed Application and a H.S. Diploma/GED Dental Assistant.
Pharmacy Technician (PTCB LICENSE)
Dialysis Technician
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Medication Aide.

Requirements is a Completed Application and they must be Certified Home health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant

Certified Nursing Assistant

Requirements is a Completed Application, 2 step PPD (TB) Test, Physical examination, Criminal Background Investigation (CBI) and Fingerprints
